IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-First Wealth in Delhi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the First Wealth portfolio of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential First Wealth clients

- Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with suitable investment solutions

- Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the growth of the First Wealth portfolio

- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with updates on their investments

- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients

- Stay updated with market trends and provide clients with timely investment advice

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or sales

- Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Delhi is preferred
