As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals

- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to clients, including investment, insurance, and loan products

- Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to clients

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of client transactions and requests

- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely advice

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients

- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry

- Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients

- Strong understanding of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and loans

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
