Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team at our Goa branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers to achieve business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking

- Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable banking solutions

- Cross-sell and upsell retail banking products and services to existing customers to increase their engagement and loyalty

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term satisfaction and retention

- Achieve individual and team targets for new customer acquisition and revenue generation

- Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies

- Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless and efficient customer experience

- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out sales activities


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of retail banking products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
