Key Responsibilities:

- Authorize and process transactions for customers, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers

- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to customers

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and targets

- Assist in the training and development of new team members

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of banking regulations and policies

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
