Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities

Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
