Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household). The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers for our retail banking products and services in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and a proven track record of achieving targets.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking

- Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable products and services

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the bank

- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing customers

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry

- Knowledge of retail banking products and services

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation and selling skills

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Fluency in the local language is preferred
