Job Summary:

As a Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Corporate Salary) at IDFC FIRST Bank, you will be responsible for acquiring new corporate salary accounts and managing relationships with existing corporate clients. You will be a key member of the branch banking team and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the bank's retail banking business.


Key Responsibilities:

- Identify potential corporate clients and acquire new corporate salary accounts through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.

- Understand the needs and requirements of corporate clients and offer them customized financial solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of corporate salary accounts and their acquisition process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
