Job Purpose:
The role entails providing financial solutions to meet the working requirements of Rural business banking customers and ensuring best-in-class relationship management and customer experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for asset NTB client acquisition along with liabilities and Third-Party Products. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective customer acquisition, servicing, and deepening.

Key Success Metrics:
NTB Business, Quality of Sourcing, Meeting m-o-m activation and productivity target, No Quick Mortality, Activating all assigned branches for leads. Superior TAT and conversion rates, No overdue charge perfection, Ontime renewal, CASA and Fee income generation, Irregularity resolution, Deferral closure, NTB Cases done (including referral from existing customer), Onboarding & Activation, Product deepening.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor?s in engineering / Technology / Math?s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post-graduation: PG will be preferred

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in business banking / working capital financing.
