Role/ Job Title: Sales Manager

Function/ Department: Retail Assets

Job Purpose:

Sales manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities:

?        Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.

?        Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.

Secondary Responsibilities:

?        Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and development.

?        Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

?        Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Education Qualification:

Graduation: Bachelor?s degree any relevant stream

Post-graduation: Any Stream

Experience: 00 to 02 years of relevant experience.
