Roles & Responsibilities:

'Prioritizes backlog and plans sprint

 Ensures sufficient readiness for developers to start development

 Ensures high quality output before sign-off at each stage i.e. QA/SIT/UAT

 Resolves/escalates obstacles faced by the squad

Secondary Responsibilities :

'Consistently maintain product benchmarking against competition and keep MSME digital platform upto date with market developments

 Work closely with development team and IT for smooth functioning and deployment of developed features

Key Success Metrics:

Timely completion of development and deployement of agreed backlog of items for MSME app
