Role/Job Title: Sales Manager-Cross Sell (Home Loan)

Business: Retail Banking

Function/ Department: Cross Sell

Roles & Responsibilities:

'?   Acquisition of home loan customers in the identified segment

?   Meet and exceed the defined targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analysing transaction banking needs of the customer

?   Provide regular feedback to RM on opportunities and customer needs

?   Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization

?   Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations

?   Ensure quality sourcing in line with the Bank's policy

Secondary Responsibilities :

'Recommend improvements to processes and policies across the supporting teams and business to drive operational efficiencies & high quality customer services

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

'?   Mentor and coach senior team members to percolate ethos of customer centricity, innovation, compliance and integrity

?   Create environment for team to focus on automation and digital enablement to fulfil customer needs holistically

?   Attract & retain best-in class talent to meet Bank's rapid growth targets

Key Success Metrics:

'Disbursals, Growth metrics, File to disbursal conversion

Qualification: Any graduate
