Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Acquire new personal loan customers across identified segments and geographies.
Manage a team of DSTs to drive high-quality Personal Loan sourcing.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly acquisition and revenue targets.
Identify cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure compliance with selling norms, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain high standards of sourcing quality and customer service.
Channel & Lead Management
Oversee multiple sourcing channels including branches, DSTs, and central lead funnels.
Ensure leads received from central teams are promptly and effectively attended.
Organize and execute lead generation and promotional activities at identified locations to generate Open market business
Work closely with branch teams to maximize business potential from walk-ins and referrals.
Secondary Responsibilities
Conduct catchment mapping to identify and target potential customer segments.
Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service delivery.
Support initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
Education
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 1 years in sales or banking, preferably in personal loans or retail banking.
Skills & Attributes
Strong customer orientation and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities
Knowledge of banking products, multi-channel sourcing, and regulatory norms
Ability to manage teams and drive performance across diverse channels
